Psychotherapeutic Counselling in Brighton & Hove
Humanistic and Trauma-informed approach
How can counselling support you?
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”– Carl Jung
Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed?
Life can feel incredibly difficult at times, with our past experiences of trauma, feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem keeping us 'stuck' and uncertain of who we are or how to move forward. As a Humanistic therapist, I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore and help you make sense of your experiences and emotions without fear of judgment.
About me
I’m Lisa Haygarth (She/Her) a BACP registered Humanistic psychotherapeutic and trauma-informed counsellor, based in Brighton and Hove.
Providing you a Safe and Supportive Space at The Wilbury Clinic
I'm committed to providing you with a calm, welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported. Our in-person sessions are held at either The Wilbury Clinic or Murmuration Therapy Rooms in Hove, both are easily accessible by bus or car.
If you prefer, I also offer online sessions or "walk and talk" therapy in beautiful locations around Brighton and Hove. We can discuss the best option for you during our initial call, so you can choose which approach feels most comfortable.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, and the cost is £60.
