Psychotherapeutic Counselling in Brighton & Hove
Humanistic and Trauma-informed approach
How can counselling support you?
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”– Carl Jung
Are you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to cope?
Life can feel incredibly difficult, especially when we're facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction, or relationship struggles. Counselling offers a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. Through a compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed approach, we'll work together to build trust and help you find clarity. This process of self-discovery can guide you toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of lightness, supporting you to cope with life's challenges and discover a new way forward.
